The mark on his ear is from Yeonwoo, but Keith doesn't know at that point of the story. Actuallly Josh met Yeonwoo during that party, before he ran into Chase at the end of the chapter. Don't know if they left it out completely or add it later on, probably as a flashback? who knows.
