MC also learned that church hosts children who have a lot of magic but can't control it, they're ''helping them'' but it's pretty clear the children aren't really cared for.
Basically from what's implied, the church is stealing funds and forging documents to stash money for some goal and they're using the artifacts to siphon magic out of the saintess and the children.
They're gathering huge amounts of money and magic for some nefarious goal and the relaxed dude wants to see the artifacts for himself because he's the head of magic department and he's passionate about magic.
Forgot to add but MC gradually gets sicker the more he lives in this world. He wasn't blessed like the saintess so even the magic particles in the air and food is enough to O.D. him.
He was slowly building immunity with ML by his side to monitor how much he eats and rests but since ML is away for a mission, MC fell back on his corpo slave habits and strained his body by not eating and resting properly.
Now he's extra weakened and is inside of the church, the place where most magic is contained. ML can stabilize him with sex but having raw gay bareback sex in a place of worship is not the most ideal.

I don't really get that part either but from what I understood, when babies get born they're experiencing magic overhaul just like MC but because of physical contact with their parents the magic is getting stabilized and they build immunity.

The body fluid part is because I guess if MC is getting raw dogged it's double the amount of physical contact and the body fluid is like a booster that helps you evolve faster. And also give the author a reason to breed them.
