The alpha was extremely drunk so if he doesn’t even remember marking the seme there’s no way he’ll remember being the uke. The seme is only playing along /messing w him bc he saw the uke’s expression when that other omega touched him at the drinking party. There’s definitely more to it but this is what i gathered

Maybe the alpha still doesn't know he was uke (or he thinks they switched midway through) and that's why he thinks that the omega might be pregnant. And ig the omega is just playing along?
