Martin dies in this lifetime because Sinclair “died”. He killed himself because he couldn’t live without him by removing the knife and plunging it into his own heart. Sinclair ended up waking up though and i’m assuming it’s due to the bond being broken because Martin died. Sinclair vows to find him again and right everything.
Fast forward a century and Sinclair and Martin (like in the novel) are at the bar and that’s when Martin approached him. Flash forward two decades or so and they now have three boys grown and a girl grown. Martin gave birth to four babies. ^^

Pretty sure he did have a miscarriage. It’s why MC got so depressed and upset even when ML got there to save him. ML also cried when hearing about the miscarriage.
I didn’t translate the raws but after the event of MC dying, I guess ML went back in time (with that plan he had before in the beginning of the story, to go back in time to save his parents). He likely decided to go back in time to when he met MC and do everything right this time. With him knowing the future, he was able to save and prevent the same tragedies.
