Fairly sure he is. He doesn't seem very interested in people in general, we've never seen him how at crowded areas, nor display a genuine interest in socializing(the times we've seen him socialize, he looks like he's barely mentally there)

Based on data(years of reading webtoons), characters like him either never touch a soul, OR will actively fk ppl that look like the object of their desires. I'm only assuming the former given his somewhat reclusive-ish/standoff-ish personality, but very much could be wrong given how thirsty he seems to be for the MC
