The bully in this chapter kinda looks like one of the other guys at the orgy, the one wearing the gag (chapter 23). From that panel, it looked like he recognized Yeongwoon

I looked back quickly at some of the older chapters, and there's one character in chapter 5 who could also be the same guy from chapter 23, but the blind fold covers half the face so idk. Then there's the guy in chapter 9 and 13 who stayed over at Seo's place. His hair colour and eyebrows match, but he looks more bulky than the guy in chapter 23. But that would explain why he recognized Yeongwoon if they had already met/talked at Seo's place in chapter 13. So I think he's probably not the former classmate
