People just think it’s cancer because that’s a drama and jdrama trope . They aren’t going to give Dan cancer. He most likely suffers from depression and sleep walking
I’m seeing SOO many people say they think he has cancer….no. You have to have multiple things done to be diagnosed with that. Lab test, blood test, image testing, family history. There are also no symptoms or signs that could lead the doctor to think that. No unusual bumps, no signs of liver/lung cancer nothing.
He was likely just diagnosed with clinical depression (also known as major depression disorder) (MDD). All his symptoms are pointing to depression.
