I run a restaurant. If I ever got to use one myself I'd sob. They're gorgeous. And it looks life the one he got him could be specified for baking. That smaller side probably is for proofing, you'd be able to put it on very low temperatures and control the humidity

That's not just an oven that's the BENTLEY of range stoves and ovens. At the low end it costs 7k and at the high end they cost 65k and then specialty built ones that are huge and have a ton of customizations that are in Michelin restaurants can cost over 100k.
