It’s not a manhua but a novel (hoping that someone knows!!) It’s a BL chinese novel and from what I remember it’s about the MC finding out he was sick and said to be dying soon and he broke up with his current shitty boyfriend left his work to enjoy life and I remember he call for someone to have a one night stand with and this is where ML appears he got into the room of the MC (he got the wrong room) the MC thought he’s the one he called for a one night stand so they did it. The fast forward, MC left the ML then MC find out he’s not really sick but a womb is just forming in his stomach (surprise it’s Mpreg!) and they did have a child together then ML is trying to find the MC, that’s all I remember. Pls help I want to re-read this novel
