Dude wants to be punished so bad. He is greedy af. Like in a sense I find it annoying, because he is manipulating and disobeying his master. He is not fully submissive. It is good, but also bad. Like talk it out with her instead of doing this. But I guess they are a young couple. I hope we see them kinda mature as a couple in this season.
i think that's the plot conflict they are setting up. in season 1 you see FL say "finally the distinction between dog and master have become clear" but I think that's just it, only the positions are clear. the master has yet to fully tame the dog, the dog is yet to fear it's master's anger and I think that's what they are gonna take on in this season
