Calm tf down! If they forced a conversation with him, that would be forcibly outing him, and do you know how traumatic that would be?
Chaheon literally gets his personality and decided to just shoulder the awkwardness of the whole thing.
Also, you see how positive/loving his rl is with his family, he almost broke down when he thought his Mom was ill.. imagine when he realises that it's bkoz she couldn't accept his sexuality, something that took him years to get courage to express with jis partner.
This is the same person that enjoys how obsessed Chaheon is with him, i think they're going to be fine.

Girl, not every gay person wants ppl (including family) to know. Yes, it would be outing him even if it was just family, esp if that wasn't something he wanted. And so far, he's not been inclined to tell his family, he's literally telling them that Chaheon is just a friend.

love u for this!! idk why the comments are so pressed about the family, i guess it’s just different personal views but still? it’s up to him to tell them on his own volition when he’s ready, even if they already know it’s not their place to out him.

I get it, the downvotes are from people who dont know how its like to be gay irl and just wants transparency with the MC as if the subject is as light as what's for dinner. If he wants to be outed to his family, he would've initiated it. His silence to the whole sexuality thing is the indication that he dont want to be found out. And i think chaeheon and his family handled it well.

No shit? Is that not common sense? My point is that telling him the truth would not be outing him to anyone?? They already know, they're not outing him at all. This is about not hiding something so dumb.

It's outing the person if it's done against his will, if HE isn't the one telling them of his own volition. He's not ready to tell them, they don't get to bring it up, especially when (at the time), they were still coming to terms with it..

Then he's already been outed?? Like that's completely irrelevant at this point, you can't use that to justify why they're not telling him the truth

I feel like you're being obtuse at this point... He hasn't told them his guy, his family incidentally figured it out, if they confront with it, that's outing him bkoz he doesn't want them to know. It doesn't matter if he doesn't know that they know, they don't get to bring it up
