its an endless loop of sniper guy trying to kill Ceaser (that was Leewons request, along with seeing the dead body) so he can complete weird brother complex guys request (which is to kill Leewon and see his body all chopped up) but weird brother complex guy is dead set on keeping Ceaser alive, even at the cost of his own life, which effectlively keeps both Ceaser and Leewon alive
