Ah yeah but if stalker-san broke in to get it why would he then go outside to hang the bag there with the possibility of someone else finding it? Also if I were the stalker and I'd want to make the person I'm obsessed with notice me, I'd put it inside the house. To make them aware that there's no where they can run to.
