Lezhin would shut this site down because copyright infringement? I'm sure Lezhin would want to shut down the other sites too. Regardless of what Mangago writes, they would have to comply with take down requests or potentially face legal action.
Anyway the user agreement doesn't cover Mangago because the manga submissions to this site aren't user submissions, you don't even need an account to submit chapters. Chapters are emailed to Mangago but Mangago admins upload the chapters themselves.
Either way this isn't the work of Lezhin. If the server was shut down we wouldn't be able to load this website.
