When I was in high school, my grandmother died after a botched surgery. She was in intensive care for several days before she died. All of her sons cried In despair at her pending death. These were men in their 50s and 60s bawling their eyes out. Why? Because they were damn decent, good men, who loved their mother.
Shame on you for thinking “a mother’s pending death” is nothing to cry about. You are not a man. You are not a human. Somethings really wrong with you. If you think that decency is a disgrace to a man, then you are not a man, you’re only a male; no better than a wild beast.

MC is a total whimp, to think that an adult male even if just with faint memories of his past life, would cry for his mother like that...
