What the ex failed to do was not fight for their relationship. He easily accepted Yoomin’s break up, when he could’ve fought for it when, as he said, he loved her, but not just in a normal way. He only expressed his intention on getting back with her when he realized Yoomin can move on and love someone else. He’s selfish. I know he loves her, and I understand where he’s coming from, but not when it’s too late. Yoomin has Hyundo now and i’m really rooting for them. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I think he could basically feel all those, but not just as strongly. And there’s no problem with that, what he(they) failed to do was communicate their feelings properly.
