Inferna has always been the bottom. If you’re wondering about the “filled” part, I’m pretty sure I can explain that.

When Limon said he was “filled with Inferna,” it likely referred to the desire of having more of his black dragon to himself and or having his senses “filled.” The latter option meaning that his eyes are filled with the sight of Inferna unraveling beneath him, his nose can detect Inferna’s scent, his ears are fully focused on hearing Inferna’s moans, etc.
