Ok so u asked for spoilers and I'll give u (see down)
they will have argue bcs Miyauchi 's lover (shit forgot the name sorry i'll call him A) will meet his destined partner. Said omega will try to seduce A but most of the time it will (the seduction)happen bcs they are destined partners and the pulll btw them is strong making them feel this attraction. While we see A trying to resist the lust we also see Miyauchi being jealous and sad, and fighting with A and almost giving up on him. NOw if I don't mistake, the other alpha tries to seduce Miyauchi but nothing happens, and if i remember well the other alpha in reality is in love with that omega and the feeling is mutual or to better say the omega isn't aware yet that he loves that alpha and only feels the pull with A.
To make this shorter since there are almost 6 chapters about them...(and still ongoing? not sure)
in the end Miyauchi and A will have 2 kids (boys) and they will be so damn cute :DDDDDDDDDDDDD
