so basically FL died from like getting hit by a truck, and was transmigrated into a novel or game? I forgot, But she transmigrated in the novel or game, and woke up, giving birth or labor. There we're like 5 or 4 Male characters. She didn't know which one was the father either. The child she gave birth to, was like a regressor, and she know's who the father is.
