It's the same for everyone. It probably works on algorithm which is set to promote the manga, manhwa, or manhua that is getting a high number of website views/traffic, plus any similar comics which could be of interests to the users.
Why is my featured manga are all smut? Is it true to all or it depends on the account's prefered reads?
