True. Normally I prefer the manga to the LN, but ch 1 had so many LN chapters squished together.... I liked the black smithing chapters a lot too and they just glanced over it... saying he's a great blacksmith... he had a lot of effort even with the queens visit.
Ikr.. they probably want to focus more on the school arc that's why they did this. But there are a lot of interesting things in the first arc of the story so I'm kinda disappointed.. (TT^TT)
The manga ver. felt so rushed.. they compressed the events too much the pacing feels a bit weird.. The art is good but I recommend reading the novel if you want a 'more' natural pacing, I guess..
