You started it by attacking other people. You say people are half-hearted reading the story when those are people who's native language is usually English so they understand everything perfectly. But Seju's problem is that she can't accept the fact she's the one who fucked up in the first place and continued to make Sumin hate her for 10 years. She was the one who told the guy who beat Sumin up about his gf cheating with her. She was also the one who first pushed Sumin together with Sungji and then wanted to separate them which end up with Sumin kicking her out of her life for good. If the assassin didn't attack, Sumin would've been living with Sungji already. Happy and away from Seju. So what Seju does - trying to force Sumin back to her - is selfish because Sumin doesn't want that, she's happy with someone else. Seju is the one hurting herself and the others in the process too.

Sumin has all the good reason to doubt Seju (happy that Sumin brought up the ring), who acts immature and runs away instead of facing the problem. She just can´t stand that Sumin is finally happy now, without her at that, knowing that Sumin fell in love and won´t go back to her ever again.
As TeamGaji said, this is a healing story, Sungji heals Sumin, so there is no more chance for Seju to be with Sumin.
Love this chapter because Sumin smiled so dearly (even though it was a dream)!
