It's because in FL's eyes, "Eclis" is her "Hope" and that hope betrayed her. Compare to him, in Penelope's eyes, the two brothers were nothing. She DIDN'T have any EXPECTATIONS from them. So yeah, they don't deserve much of such high class speech from her. That's the DIFFERENCE.
PLUS, in FL's mind, the one those two brothers abused when they are young was not her herself.
Agree with ypu she didn't face exactly the abuse from brothers herself and at this point she knew she couldn't depend on them so they were really nothing to her. But eclis? She found him and put all the "points" in him bc he was her best option and yet that best option brought down her downfall.
I'ma be honest gang, I know she doesn't really have memories from before transmigration but it still doesn't erase the fact they did abuse her after she transmigrates. She literally admits they are horrible for doing things like this, but at most she reluctantly accepts them. She tried to get anyone into the 100% first so you can't say she feels betrayed bc she literally tries to get all of them a high rank.
