AH WAIT NO I TOTALLY AGREE- like it’s not even just the way they refer to him as a child (because due to the ml and other characters being mixed or pure dragonbloods they’re wayyy older), it’s also the way the MC almost feels more like the duke’s adopted son than an actual love interest it’s like when he was a bird, the sillyness was cute but as a human, it kinda reads like he’s cheerful but also very naive, very innocent, very dependent on the duke- plus it’s not even his face but even his clothes look like children’s clothes you’d see kids wear in these type of isekai stories orz that duke adopted him both as a pet and raised him as a son. And the second I noticed this dynamic, it was everywhere
