I think it's omegaverse, but it's about this guy who is mistreated by his family and suddenly gets engaged to a rich alpha. The alpha is super nice to him, but kind of sketchy because he knows things he shouldn't

It then is revealed that they've all been reincarnated because the uke killed himself in his first life, at least partially due to relationship issues with the alpha. Also, the story takes place in a modern setting.
