It's cuz they translated it themselves and either found or bought the raws(most likely found but some do buy the raws and translate them)

I became so desperate I went to the og translation site just to read the next chapter (there is currently 54) but after chapter 44 there's a whole ass pay wall like bitch isn't this entire site illegal fuck you making me pay money for? So I left to rant about this
