Finally!!!! Someone with a humane comment. I like that you empathize and understood both sides. Bc even though for Karas' situation that is the most logical thing to do, and Abel's goal relevant to that since he wanted Karas to be able to live without war—I think it is a properly human thing that you can't help yourself from wanting to stop innocents being killed (especially a baby). This is not him being annoying, this is him being shown as contrast to Karas having dragon blood with no empathy. And as you can see, Abel is contradicted himself but still chose to do what his heart and mind tells him to, that's just who he is. I like that better than people who just go along with anything even if it goes against what they believe in, just to save their asses.
Most people who don't get it and just find him annoying—shows they really don't understand the depth of how this is written.
I can't even say how sad I felt watching her... Saying how she is from another country she may have been married off for status & money. The way I understand how Karas thinks because leaving behind a traitor alive means having a blade at your throat always...even if they promise not to do anything. But the way my heart breaks for the mother & innocent children...may you be blessed my dears. Sleep because hopefully you'll be able to find peace in the end.
