Their mom had 2 kids(her and ravi), and the duke had one son before they married.

They are siblings by blood, as far as I remember ravi has different father and the same with MC. Or!!! They have same father. That's the only two acceptable answer to the question. Because I know for sure it was mentioned in the first 10 chapters or so.
Just confirmed by comments below, Ravi's father is a magic tower lord and camilla's father is the duke (the blonde guy).

So does that mean he doesn't know that they're half siblings? Or are they actually full siblings and the spoilers were wrong? Or is it a mistranslation?
