No I think the actual father is Yakuza but what Touma means here is that Ririko didn't find both of them(Touma and that Yakuza guy)responsible as father for the kid(they are both kind of shit yk).She was looking for Sentarou cuz he is the only one who can become father figure for the kid after she die.

Im so freaking bad with clues. So who's the real father? I thought it was the yakuza guys when the ice cream scene showed up. But Touma said "it was you" in the end, so I think Sentarou is the real father?
