That mob guy literally has no motive and reason for attack mc right now. To authors, sa or attempts are just simple plots. I can totally see what will happen after this. Mc won't sue that fcker by saying "I wanna forget it" they gonna fuck like rabbit and noone will remember this ever. THEN WHY BOTHER BRO?? They underestimate rape, sa or violence so much that piss me off.
