Yeah, I think they are underestimating him. Eclis just learnt swordsmanship and Callisto grew up on a battlefield, no?
Eclis is being a dumb little mutt. He proves time and time again he doesn't have his own common sense, he doesn't listen to penelope, the person he claims to 'love' as well. He only listens to bad influence, now he foolishly thinks just because he has royal blood in him he can put a scratch on Callisto who grew up in the battlefield ever since he was a kid. This is laughable yes, we all know how irrelevant this is. So it only makes me think the author is dragging it on unnecessarily.

I'm not a huge fan of him either tbh I would prefer if she ended up with vinter but alas, if i don't like Callisto it would ruin the manga for me so i conditioned myself to think he's a good choice. And since he's the end game, they get married and all
SISTER! IM EXACTLY THE SAME OMG I kinda wish she just went back to the modern world or stayed single, but I would take Vinter over Callisto too
