I completely agree!!! Like at least ilay gives tay some type of freedom to do what he wants around the end of the series, but xinlu basically locks gable up completely and uses legal measures to do it as well☠☠☠

yea richard is definitely the most toxic, but I wasn’t talking about who was the most toxic in this series… I was just saying Xinlu is exactly like Ilay bc if you’ve never read raga, you don’t really know what kind of person Xinlu is; imo raga is more satisfying despite all of the couples bc I feel like at the end of the day, he was given the choice to choose himself while Taeui wasn’t given that choice. (I don’t rlly remember anything about christoph or richard bc I hate them so much and don’t understand why the author felt the need to write a book about horrible characters like if you rlly wanted to write about spin off about them like don’t associate them with taeui jeez)
