I’m so confused with the plot now

Seems like villain organization is peddling drugs. Higher ups are suspicious cause it seems villain organization are made up of members that are all espers (some possibly previously part of K’s branch). They can’t leave as everyone is on high alert but now they’re using Fabian needing to be escorted in and out of school to gather info on the drug that is going around that possibly contains esper blood (when you drink an esper’s blood, you can use their power).
