I'm not sure about this but did Won maybe blamed himself for what happened to his dad??... Just curious, maybe that's also one of the few reasons he decided to finish it all with the ML.
actually no, they already broke up before his dad died. Dad threaten MC to spread their picture with ML doing the deed to he broke up with him and the car accident is after that.
What kind of father is that??? Wtf... I think he got his own karma, and deserved it. What kind of father would threaten and blackmail their own kid?? I mean, maybe what they did was kind of too much, considering they're both still minors... still, he could've sit Won down and talk it with the kid and be the adult, like proper parent should, if he's truly agaisnt their relationship. so i read the novel im just on the current timeline where they meet again after 8 years
So there will some misunderstanding between them and MC saw ML hugging another girl. MC wants to break up since they are away from each other and they are literally so busy with their own lives, he didn't confront the ML on what he saw and he just know that one day it will come to that since ML is straight before
ML go to MC and asked why he wanted to break up and they talked about MC worries(excluding what he saw) and they makeup.
After some happy moments(they already did the deed as far as i remember at to this point), MC's dad follow MC which have planned to meet up with ML. So MC's dad know what their relationship and want them to break up.
But something happened, dad died in the car and MC having so many problems at once decided that ML will probably be better on someone else than him so he let go ML. MC still not verify what he saw on ML and just assume that ML is fuckin with him.
After that is the timeskip.
