I dont think its on mangago, it's called Lock on and it's available on MangaDex if you are interested. Not sure if it got dropped or not though..I only see one volume.
Help me look for this manga, I saw it on tiktok. It's a policeman who saved a young girl and the girl kept proposing to him to be her wife since then on. The girl grew up and became a policewoman. She's taller and buffer than the ML now and is still heads over heels for him.
