
I always think it's a dumb trope because that's something you can say for a play or without meaning it in the heat of the moment. Also way to make things super awkward if your scrambled brain blurs out a "I like you" instead of a "I like it"
Those three words are also way too common, you can easily said them or something that sound similar during sex. Imagine saying "I like~, yes !" and then your partner just stop because he misheard and think you used the safe word. Or it's the beginning of two unfinished sentences and suddenly you've said the safe word by mistake cause you couldn't catch your breath.
Like seriously, it feel like really cheap drama because we all know they'll fall in love.

"oh, yeah it's perfect cuz it's so out of character for us!! this is a purely lust-based relationship!!" and then...
i mean yeah it's the trope but still cant you just use pineapple or something? you know ur gonna inevitably catch feelings and itll be awkward.
