because he thought he would die and wanted to see wooyon before that happened and also he didn't want him to think he tried to escape again. it made sense when i read it in the novel. and honestly i think inseop really thought he would die, and wanted to make sure he saw wooyon and told him he loved him.
Maybe in the novel it makes more sense but here it felt so random, like your dying bleeding out the first thing you do is call a ambulance and you can always still call ur man
he wouldn't be able to receive the call as wooyon was working. Also, this is not based on anything real. it just makes a point that inseop thought abt him even in that situation. He was consumed with the thought that wooyon would end up thinking he left again. it doesn't feel that random if you think abt it this way. also, again, there is nth in this manhwa or even the novel version that resembles the reality or real reactions hahaha if you really think abt it is even more ridiculous for a guy like inseop to leave his family, have an identity that's not his only to take some pictures of wooyon in a compromised situation as a revenge for his friend. Just saying.
