I think they will. haewon will work at their cafe in the next chapter right? I'm thinking, the brown dude sooin who's pretending to be haewon's friend will like try to deceive haewon while working at the cafe. but as days past by, the brown dude will yk, like genuinely see haewon as a friend and he be thinking like cut ties with the chairman or not deceive haewon anymore because he's starting to grew more closer to him. (just a theory :p)
I don’t believe in that, we’re talking about criminals and not some normal dudes who work in a café.. but we will see. There won’t be a simple „cutting ties“ with the head of a criminal organisation and he’s in there for the money too soooo yeah

Brown hair dude obviously works for the chairman (just as the blonde one) who’s in a position over the uke. Said chairman wants to get rid of uke and is looking for a weak point and the brown haired sooin is obviously trying to „help“ our white fox so they have an easy job. They won’t be friends whatsoever lol
