The time travel thing you said is actually so interesting and would be cool for another plot.
I think though Arthur actually does care and remembers but he’s just pretending to not care because I mean who wants to live through your bf dying twice

my immediate thought: gasp, is this a time travel story? all those memories are actually stuff that happened to him in the near future. the lover in his memories IS him. gasp. im genius.
jk. looks like arthur just doesn't give a shit. but still, if those stories did happen in the past, wouldn't arthur be just slightly sus? he doesnt look bothered one bit. maybe the stories need to be more personal, smth only them two would know.
