I think I read somewhere that a different author is taking it over from this point but idk if it’s true, the vibe has been way slower and more like, drifting into extended fights and tropes instead of political intrigue so I’m not shocked the characters are also becoming more boring. But also recall she never guessed Michael from her first life liked her until her alchemy master straight told her ¯_(ツ)_/¯
