no fr like i get that in the storyline he WAS her husband but now he’s an absolute nobody to her, he has no right to act that way with her n she’s obviously able to stand up for herself she should be telling him off too!!

That's because he is her superior and she has a goal. She needs to stay in the team and instinctively knows that he will protect her if things go south. So far he's been protecting her from most of the bad stuff happening around her.
