I mean, she was tormented by others from a young age over her appearance. It's trauma. Her hating pretty girls and abusing authority is an issue, yes, but it's still early in the story. Hopefully, she'll have character growth and understand her own strengths in time.

Honestly, it's just annoying and irritating. I get her point, but she's just living to see herself as a victim and treat herself as such. Treating your insecurities as a personality trait and an excuse to treat someone badly will not make things better. It does not justify it.
