The title "Hounds of Sisyphus" is related to greek mythology. It refers to a phrase "the relentless and unending nature of Sisyphus's punishment".
Basically, it illustrates the struggle with the meaninglessness of existence.
Guwon himself and all his actions point to the fact that he doesn't even know why he exist or what his purpose is. But with the town now, he feels "needed" now.
Plus, he gives in to his emotions and desires, leading to his actions and question in the last panel! ^^
