For now the novel still have 184 chapter if I'm not wrong.. So the mystery haven't truly revealed. And the most important things, I didn't found any romance up until now. Sure there will be some woman but hell, he's so professional and think them as a student or children lol

As far as I remember (if I'm not wrong), in the novel, the Demon Emperor truly die (the one who watch the life of others will explain it to MC. To put it simply, he used the concept that a person's life shines like a star, and the Demon Emperor's star had disappeared.), BUT there's a room for doubt because in the future conflict our MC will meet another demon and also their followers. And yeah 184 chapters is too little , I regret reading that!!! I mean I can't sleep that day after finishing those chapters. There's so many questions unanswered especially around his former students damn

Sorry, I'm not too sure, as I haven’t read the latest chapters yet. But I wouldn’t really call it an act of 'betrayal.' His students simply chose a different path, mainly because they were hurt after being left behind by our main character. Especially Lloyd (the black-haired disciple who’s now with the Red Tower), it is said after winning a war, he often will sip a tea that taste bitter (our MC's favorite tea too if I'm not wrong),to remind himself that he hate our MC (in my point of view, he just so hurt because of the MC's death). As for Gilliot (the blonde-haired one), in the last chapter I read, he stole a grimoire supposedly written by the MC—but it turned out to be fake, since the MC doesn’t remember ever writing it. I think this might be part of a scheme by those demon followers..
Will they ever return to white tower/know their master is back? Sorry for alot of questions
