I don't think he does. It's Taesun who's always assuming Geumryang's care and restlessness is because of the babies and tries to reassure him about it, but he has never comfirmed it. I'd bet Geumryang is already falling for Taesun but can't really put it into words yet. Didn't you see how shaken Geumryang was when he saved him from the accident? That wasn't just worrying about the babies

Maybe you're right, but he looks a bit too cold for me. I'm not sure if he likes him yet, or at least if he realises that, but hopefully he does
