omg girl same! I hoped for a lot more to be there in the k-drama because the kiss between them in the k-drama raised my expectations but the drama took a different tangent with them investigating jay's missing sister and stuff towards the end so I like the manhwa better
YESS BRO THE KISS GOT ME SO EXCITED UNTIL IT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN LIKE WHAT?? but I also do like the manhwa more since it was serialized from it but I was really disappointed and confused with how much they changed it to make it make sense in the k drama one thing that got me so weirded out was the sex scenes like I did NOT need to see the dad thoughts while in the making of jay and hello??? They changed kyung character sm it had me shocked but I’m not sure if the manhwa ver of her is the same since there isn’t much translated to see her actions later on
I KNOW RIGHT AND ESPECIALLY THAT ONE SCENE WHERE IN GYEONG'S THOUGHTS, JAY WAS KISSING WITH A GUY?? That was honestly so weird like why did they have to make jay kiss the guy in gyeong's thoughts many fans complained about it also!! And gyeong masturbating on jay's desk one night before the exam also got me weirded out like what was even going on and the dad's character was also batshit crazy bruh his thoughts while making jay were insane. The bathtub kissed had indeed raised my expectations but it stopped feeling like proper proper GL after a point of time :') Which is why even though people call this manhwa "queerbait" it still serves good GL for me, more than the drama at least
YEA its ok in my heart seulgi came running towards that area and met up with jay and they got together i mean ao3 exists for a reason ik damn well so many fans were left unsatisfied and wrote what happen after the k drama
I really miss scary seulgi it would’ve been cool to see that in the k drama too tbh but either way I’m satisfied with both
