So from what I understood ,the protagonist was reincarnated as the villain after dieing and I think the shock of having died together with the horrible personality that the villain already had made him go crazier.

At least that's my interpretation, so even if he already went to the "Circus" , perhaps he didn't give shit or went to "business" right away. Or maybe he just completely ignored the fact that this was happening and just did his villainous thing.

I think he more so visits often cuz he's always with unsavory type of ppl trying get them on his side or get blackmail info since just bringing up his name is enough to validate being able to see that

The dog being sickened to eat them would be uncaring and cruel also. I'm not opposed to the protag being a cruel irredeemable man. I'm opposed to introducing this sexual element to it for shock factor and then expecting the readers to ignore it. You can say it's wrong, but people generally find sexual violence more disturbing than violence in general. Adding this, saying that the protagonist attends these shows often and then using it only to shock the love interest and reader is just insane.

Imagine if in one chapter he just pissed into someone's drink and let them drink it. Yes, it'd be cruel and uncaring, but it'd still be really weird to include it and it would taint your perception of him and in every following chapter you'd have to think about this dude being the piss in your drink man. That's how I feel about him now.

I get its also particularly unusual and cruel of a choice but its more about making the final ending of Nasha as bad as possible than to hurt these random 2 sisters.

Clearly his goal was to be as evil as possible and i'm sorry for you but SA *is* the most evil act out there, that's the point he is a villain he doesn't draw a line at the cruelty he does he wants to make people suffer. Yes now you will see him as the monster he is and that's what the author wants you to feel.

I can see why you'd see it that way so agree to disagree, but I wouldn't say being eaten alive is less evil, just less perverse. Plus the fact that a previous female antagonist was also sexually assulted...idk I just don't think it adds anything to the story
