I have been saying this too!!! They need to serialize this! I would watch it on repeat. I wonder why aren't they doing that, it doesn't have physical copy either, I don't know if manhua publish physical copies in general, but I assume if something is popular and in demand they publish it? However, this needs to be serialized.

I can see why they don't tho. Just the fact that they don't have to maintain a strict schedule is already a big plus. So many artists and authors take long breaks because their health can't keep up, and even then the damage has already been done.
Story-wise it also makes sense to keep this bite-sized. We're mostly here for the day-to-day interaction in their ordinary lives. Yes there's plot but that's not the meat of the story. If the format became longer a lot more plot might get forced in just to fill space, creating unnecessary conflict.
Stories with this format became popular for the same reason tiktok videos do—they're compact, straight to the point, and enough to alleviate hunger but not to make you full.
Tho idk why there's no physical copy yet. Another story like this (papa wolf and the puppy) has no problem in that regard.

I’d argue there is quite a bit of plot already going on in the story in the background that extending the format would actually be an improvement.
Write now for me whilst it’s always a joy to read I do find myself itching for the story beats that have so much depth. Hell it’s covering the span of years that a lot of material you can stretch into.
Sometimes even though it’s good all the gag one shots feel like filler between the actual overarching story.
Honestly with the large, consistent, rabid, fan base I don’t get why Old Xian doesn’t serialize this story and formalize it’s format into bigger chapter beats.
It would sweep Manhwa awards and be at the top of the best selling list of Lehzin or the other sites.
I really would love to see this story formalized and fleshed out and I think with bigger chapters it would be more applicable to receive offers for animation. I think it story has enough good bones to be a more universally liked anime like Yuri on Ice or Given.
I think business wise it makes more sense then this more sporadic posting jumping around through the timeline without proper framing.
