It's written in (I'm really bad at explaining) kinda high English standard(?) which not many people who are NOT fluent in English will be able to understand properly(like me) and will find the grammer to be wrong (it's actually correct).

As someone who’s first language isn’t English but i live in the uk, it feels wrong grammatically because of your native language grammar structure. When I view it through my mother tongue grammar, it’s abysmally wrong but through English grammar, it’s correct. In this case, “time” is a verb aka “to time”. It’s used in the same way as any other verb.
