But there is an OP technology company that makes special suits and those suits can replicate powers that you want (I think there's a thing needed for that like a lot of data from the powers you want to replicate, tbh can't recall) . All might also used one of those suits on the last battles against AFO. And after deku lost his powers, bakugo basically saved a ton of money to make a suit for deku that replicated his powers (kinda). I think the gift was from all the class A, but it that chapter it's said that bakugo was the one that sponsored the biggest part.
